AI becomes more valuable when it can read the BIM model, understand the applicable rule, and explain what it found.
Beyond generic answers
A useful compliance assistant needs to understand both the project model and the rules being checked. Arkyv is exploring that combination by letting teams ask whether a design condition satisfies a requirement and then grounding the answer in model context.
This is a different category of quality control from a generic chatbot. The assistant needs to know the building, the regulation, and the source material well enough that the team can inspect the result.
